Safety-first (no drama, just care)

Breathwork can be powerful. Safety is not a vibe - it’s a structure. That means: clear guidance, a health intake, and permission to pause or stop anytime.

You set the pace

You can soften, pause, or stop. We guide, your body decides.

Small groups

5–8 people. More presence, more support, less chaos.

Integration

We always end with grounding, and we give you simple aftercare.

Contraindications (short list)

If any of these apply, message before booking. We may advise against participating.
Medical
Heart conditions, chest pain history, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy/seizures, glaucoma/retinal issues, pregnancy, recent surgery (3–6 months), severe asthma/breathing difficulty.
Mental health
Severe psychiatric history (psychosis, untreated bipolar), current or recent suicidal ideation. If you’re unsure: ask first. We keep it honest.
Substances
Avoid alcohol and drugs for at least 48–72 hours before a breathwork journey.

What to expect

We open with a clear briefing, then breath + music in a held setting. Intensity can rise; we help you regulate and land. We close with grounding + mini integration.

Aftercare

Hydrate, eat simple food, keep the evening calm, take a walk, journal 5–10 minutes, sleep early if you can. Integration is where the calm sticks.
